Living in Mumbai from 45 years.Fond of films from childhood,specially heroic acts of screen idol Dilip Kumar,so much so that used to watch his films repeatedly,some of the films tens of times.Another fondness i have is for literature and i am a well read person in Hindi,Urdu and English literature and gradually this interest developed into acting and writing.We had a group named"Our Theatre"for which i translated some plays from english to urdu and urdu to hindi,staged and acted in those plays.Have done street plays also as a part of social activities.To improve my skills i have done a acting course in Anupam Kher's Actor prepares and a voice course in St.Xavier's college in Mumbai.Currently i am acting in some TV serials for Sony and DD1 channels.Looking forward to act in feature films and want to connect with audiences more effectively so that i have an identity.I am fond of Holywood cinema also and like Marlon Brando,Jack Nicholson,Rober D Nero and directors,David Lean,Elia Kazan.

Acting,Urdu Poetry,good films,good literature,are my hobbies.I take interest in current events in Politics,sports also.Try to be socially aware and want to contribute to my mother India apart from working for my personal gains..
