Riley Vigier, better known by his ring name El Phantasmo, is a Canadian professional wrestler who debuted in 2005 and gained recognition in the UK with Revolution Pro Wrestling (RevPro) before joining New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) in 2019.

In NJPW, he won the Super J-Cup in 2019 and 2020, made his G1 Climax debut in 2022, became a two-time NJPW World Television Champion, a three-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion with Taiji Ishimori, a two-time NJPW STRONG Openweight Tag Team Champion and a one-time IWGP Tag Team Champion, both alongside Hikuleo.

Outside NJPW, he has held the RevPro Undisputed British Cruiserweight Championship, three ECCW Championships, the ECCW Tag Team Championship with Amazing Halo as The Masked Dudes of Doom, and the WrestleCore Infinity Championship.
