Aaron Gordon is a London-based third assistant director. He studied at Ulster University (Postgraduate Executive Leadership, from 2014–2015) and attended the Belfast Royal Academy (2001–2009).

Early in his career, he held roles in theatre and arts festivals: for example, he worked as Producer & General Manager at a youth music-theatre charity (2012–2015). He served as Operations and Events Manager for a Northern Irish festival (summer festivals 2015–2016), overseeing programming and coordinating large-scale events across multiple venues. He also held a corporate development role at a London-based arts organisation, where he led fundraising campaigns and managed sponsorship and grant applications.

Between January 2019 and January 2021, he was General Manager & Producer for a theatre company with international touring activity. In late 2023, he served as Interim General Manager for a major London festival during pre-production of its then-upcoming edition.

Since December 2020, Aaron Gordon has worked as a freelance Third Assistant Director on film and television productions. His credits include, among others, The Idea of You (2023), Last Days (2025), and How to Train Your Dragon (2025). He has also taken on interim senior management responsibility as General Manager at a prominent London theatre venue.
