Born on November 3, 1996, at Fort Hood Military Base in Texas, Rae is the son of military veterans Jeni Lyn Olson and David Brice Serbeck. His early life was shaped by personal struggles, but his journey into acting and modeling began in 2017 when a close friend, fellow actor Adam Christian Colvin, encouraged him to try his hand at runway modeling.
