Maxxie LaWow: Drag Super-shero

A shy barista discovers a magical pink wig that allows him to become a courageous drag superhero. He is forced to use these new powers when a malicious queen begins abducting drag performers to collect their magical tears. To save the captured artists, the protagonist must step into the spotlight and engage in a decisive lip-sync battle.

This animated comedy was produced in the United States by Lost Wig Productions and Chubby Beagle Productions. It was directed by Anthony Hand, who also served as a producer and co-wrote the screenplay with Michael Phillis. The voice cast features Grant Hodges as Simon and his alter ego Maxxie LaWow, alongside Erika Ishii, Terren Wooten Clarke, Laraine Newman, Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman, and Michael-Leon Wooley. The film has a runtime of 91 minutes.
