Set in a future where environmental collapse and famine have forced humanity into underground colonies, this science fiction drama explores a society governed by strict laws of scarcity. In this world, the elderly are sacrificed to make room for newborns. The plot centers on a family whose stability is threatened when an unexpected pregnancy puts the mother's own parent at risk of being harvested for organs, forcing the daughter to find a way to save her.

The film was directed by Serpil Altın, who also co-wrote the screenplay and served as a producer. This is the second feature she has directed, following The Holiday Gift from 2013. Produced by Serpil Altın Film in Turkey, the movie has a runtime of 92 minutes. Korhan Uğur contributed to the writing and production of the project.
