Grimcutty is a horror film set in a suburb where a frightening internet meme manifests into a physical monster. The story follows a teenage girl named Asha and her younger brother as they attempt to stop the creature. While the local parents are panicked by rumors of an online challenge encouraging self-harm, they mistake Asha's encounters with the monster for participation in the trend and confiscate her electronic devices. Asha must find a way to neutralize the entity and convince her parents of the actual danger.
