Little Brownie Kuzya

A brownie named Kuzya flees from Baba Yaga's magical realm and arrives at the home of a young girl named Natasha. Kuzya seeks a wish-granting chest that he had given to Natasha's father years prior. With the assistance of Natasha and another irritable brownie called Nafanya, he attempts to recover the object. However, Baba Yaga follows him into the human world to pursue both the brownie and the chest for her own purposes.

This Russian animated family comedy was directed by Viktor Lakisov and produced by K.B.A. It marks the first film in a series of four listed works by Lakisov, followed by Pinocchio and the Water of Life and two sequels to this movie. The screenplay was written by Aleksey Gravitskiy and Andrey Gavrilov. The voice cast features Sergey Burunov as Kuzya, Garik Kharlamov as Nafanya, and Ekaterina Stulova providing the voice for both the young and old versions of Baba Yaga. Other cast members include Sofiya Petrova and Mark Bogatyrev.
