Short description

Naledi is an upcoming South African animated drama. The story follows a prominent athlete who struggles with overwhelming grief. To regain her self-assurance and complete her race, she must first find a way to process her emotional pain.

The short film has a runtime of ten minutes and was directed and written by Lola Aikins. It was produced by Nompi Vilakazi through a collaboration between Hidden Hand Studios, Avec ou Sans Vous, The National Arts Council, and The National Film and Video Foundation of SA.
