Fatal Fixer Upper

Vivienne and Ryan Williams believe they have found paradise after purchasing a dream home in a California suburb. However, the previous owner, a mysterious man named Josh, remains strangely tied to the property and returns under the guise of helping with home improvements. As Josh becomes increasingly unstable and develops an obsession with Vivienne, the couple is drawn into a volatile conflict that puts their lives and happiness at risk.
