Shaman

A missionary travels to a remote volcanic region of Ecuador to convert an indigenous community. Her faith is put to the test when her son becomes possessed by dark entities that the local shamans claim predate her own religion. The conflict centers on whether traditional Catholic exorcisms can defeat a spiritual force far older than the church.
