The Apartment

When a young woman decides to end her relationship with her boyfriend, the breakup brings out a side of him she had not seen before, and his behavior turns destructive.

The Apartment is a short film running seven minutes, released in August 2024. It was directed by Kai Figotin, who also wrote the screenplay, and was produced by Figotin Films. The two leading roles are played by Scarlett Estevez as Amanda and Will Buie Jr. as Guy. In its brief running time, the film concentrates on the moment a relationship ends and the reaction that follows, with the conflict between the two characters at its center.
