Severance Mountain

Two friends meet again after a painful loss and set off on a camping trip in the Adirondacks. Their time in the mountains is unsettled when police find a body there, raising the possibility that a killer is targeting tourists who have no idea of the danger.

Severance Mountain is a horror film directed by Ethan D Henry, who also wrote the screenplay with Melissa Hunt. Henry's other credits are not detailed here, so the film stands as a self-contained entry in his filmography. The cast includes Nicole Morgan as Sarah VanTassel, Jon Turner as The Man, Lydia Vaughan as Hanna, Madison Acosta as Anna, Kim Scharff Snyder as Sergeant Jennifer Vine and Cade Guillory as Toby LaMere.

The film runs seventy-four minutes and was released on 13 September 2024. On IMDb it holds a rating of 5.3 out of 10 from 33 votes, which points to a small audience sample and a mixed response rather than a widely seen title.
