The Ramp

Justo lives with his granddaughter, Lola, who has cerebral palsy. Because their new apartment building has a large staircase at the entrance, Justo must carry her in his arms every day to reach the school bus. This routine creates significant noise and traffic congestion. As Justo ages and deals with his own health struggles, this task becomes increasingly difficult. To find a permanent solution, he attends a neighborhood association meeting to request the installation of a ramp.
