Short description
We used to be chased by mammoths, today we are chased by deadlines. However, our brain hasn't noticed this change. It fights stress with weapons that have evolved over millennia. But nowadays these weapons can really mess up our lives. Accept the invitation to an honest meeting with your Brain, who will introduce you to his good friends - Anxiety, Eating Disorder and Depression. Look inside yourself and discover that it's okay not to be okay.
