Bertie Gregory travels to the Azores, a marine sanctuary and seasonal gathering point for migrating ocean predators. While facing storms and scanning the open sea, he attempts to film the massive feeding frenzies that occur when thousands of hunters gather to prey on large schools of fish. The film focuses on the intelligence and coordinated behavior of dolphins and explores how the region has evolved from a whaling area into a protected sanctuary where food chains are recovering.
Directed by Adam Boyle, this documentary TV movie was a joint production between National Geographic and Wildstar Films in the United Kingdom and United States. Bertie Gregory served as both the producer and the on-screen host. The film has a runtime of 44 minutes and was released on September 18, 2025.
