Alchemist Academy

Ariana is a twelve-year-old orphan with magical abilities who faces mistreatment from peers and teachers at her orphanage. Her life changes when an alchemist named Archivald invites her to a specialized school where she can learn to control her powers. With the help of fellow students Lora and Mertur, she prepares for entrance exams and finds a sense of belonging. As she studies alchemy and discovers ancient secrets, the arrival of a witch named Murien forces Ariana to confront dangers to uncover the truth about her parents and her origins.

This Czech family fantasy was directed by Lukáš Daniel Pařík and Petr Kubík, who also wrote the screenplay. It follows their previous collaborations, Princess Cursed in Time: Alchemist's Quest and Blood Moon, and precedes Thankskilling Day. The film stars Magdalena Müller in the lead role, with Roman Zach, Sára Korbelová, Cyril Dobrý, and Simona Zmrzlá in supporting roles. Produced by prima+, the movie has a runtime of 110 minutes.
