Terms & Conditions is a short film about a middle-class man who enters into an agreement regarding the terms of his new phone. Throughout a single week, a group of mysterious men repeatedly visit his home. As the man agrees to more conditions and shakes hands with these visitors, he gradually loses his personal freedom.

Written, produced, and directed by Ayan Alwahti, the film is the third in a chronological series of works by the filmmaker, following I Should Call Her and Stream Sniping. The cast features Ryan Boedeker in the lead role, appearing alongside Jack Maldonado, Robert Eisner Lloyd, Kyle Brittain, and Gabe Yamin Danielak. Produced in the United States, the film was released on April 2, 2026, with a total runtime of five minutes.
