Dead Wife Montage

Dead Wife Montage follows Alex, who spent years filming his partner Robin, a painter, to archive their time together. The couple often joked about Robin becoming a cinematic montage of a deceased spouse, a scenario that becomes a painful reality after her death. Left with only digital recordings, Alex navigates his grief with the help of one of Robin's paintings that can speak.

This American animated short blends elements of comedy and drama. It was directed by Wren Brooks, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Marissa Bode. Bode also appears in the lead role as Alex.
