Home Makeover Nightmare

Following the death of her mother, Dayna returns to Los Angeles to put her family residence on the market. She seeks help from an old friend and real estate agent named Mike. While the two initially find a romantic connection, Mike becomes obsessed with Dayna. He begins to control various parts of her life, and a plan to renovate the house eventually turns into a terrifying experience.
