Silver City

Silver City follows a young woman living in a town where the government has ordered everyone to remain inside because of environmental irregularities. When her cat escapes, she ignores the warnings and searches the streets, leading her to encounter other mysterious entities inhabiting the area. The film was created using a combination of stop-motion animation and miniature buildings crafted by hand from cardboard.

Ameya Ajay wrote and directed the film, which is the fourth of five projects released by the director in 2026. Ajay also stars in the lead role as the young woman, appearing alongside Cheeze the Cat. The short film has a total runtime of four minutes.
