Vihor is a short fantasy adventure from Croatia. A young man sits beneath a tree reading his own poetry and drifts into a dream. The film follows him into that dream world, where the line between the verse he has written and what he experiences begins to blur. The cast is small: Karlo Mihovilović plays the young man, credited as Mladić, and Savo Jakovljević appears as Svećenik.
Gregor Drakulić wrote and directed the film and also produced it, making it a project shaped largely by one person's vision. It runs twenty minutes and was produced with support from the Hrvatski Audiovizualni Centar alongside VERN' University, a combination that places it in the territory of a student or early-career production backed by Croatia's national film funding body. The participation of a university suggests the film was made as part of an academic program rather than through a commercial studio.
The film has not yet been released, so no audience ratings or box office figures exist for it. Its genre mix sets a grounded opening against a fantastical turn, and the very short runtime indicates a compact story focused on a single dreamlike episode rather than a broad narrative. As Drakulić's credited debut in these records, it represents a first step into feature-length-adjacent production, with the director taking on writing, directing and producing duties at once.
