Based on a true story, this war drama takes place in the Buchenwald concentration camp shortly before its liberation. The plot centers on a young Jewish boy who arrives at the camp hidden inside a suitcase. A group of prisoners, including members of an underground resistance movement, decide to risk their own lives to hide and protect the child from the camp administration. This act of defiance provides the prisoners with a sense of hope and purpose amidst the surrounding terror.
