Fantastic Return to Oz

One year after the defeat of Urfin Jus, the villain seeks revenge by attempting to reclaim control of the Emerald City. To lead the Carraci army, he requires both a magic book and Dorothy's silver slippers. When a guest named Tim accidentally activates the hidden footwear, he and Dorothy are transported back to the Land of Oz. Together with her dog, they must protect the citizens and the Scarecrow, Lion, and Tin Woodman from the antagonist's plans.

This Russian animated adventure was directed by Fedor Dmitriev, marking the first film in a list of four directed by him.
