Short description

An alcoholic checks into a health spa and his antics promptly throw the establishment into chaos.

What's left behind the scenes

There is reason to believe that Charles Chaplin (1889-1977) originally intended to play one of the clinic staff, but switched roles with John Rand (1871-1940), who was supposed to play the alcoholic. Chaplin specialized in playing drunks from his youth in music hall.
The film was shown in Soviet cinemas under the title "Treatment".
