Batman: Hush

Batman: Hush follows Bruce Wayne as a new adversary, known only as Hush, sets out to ruin both his crime-fighting work and his private life. The mystery villain draws on Gotham's criminals, including Bane, Poison Ivy and the Joker, to wear Batman down, while Bruce's relationship with Selina Kyle, also known as Catwoman, becomes part of the target. The film adapts the DC storyline written by Jeph Loeb and drawn by Jim Lee.

The animated feature was directed by Justin Copeland, with a screenplay by Ernie Altbacker and production by Amy McKenna. It was Copeland's first directorial credit, followed the same year by Wonder Woman: Bloodlines. Jason O'Mara voices Batman and Bruce Wayne, Jennifer Morrison voices Catwoman and Selina Kyle, and Maury Sterling voices Thomas Elliot, with Sean Maher as Nightwing, Geoffrey Arend as the Riddler and James Garrett as Alfred Pennyworth among the twenty credited cast members.

Batman: Hush runs 82 minutes and was released in July 2019. On IMDb it holds a rating of 6.9 from around 26,000 votes, while on TMDB it stands at 7.2 from roughly 987 votes. The smaller but warmer response on TMDB alongside the much larger and slightly lower IMDb sample suggests a film that satisfied many viewers without standing among the most highly rated entries in the animated DC line.
