Short description

About the life of the Russian composer Mikhail Glinka.

What's left behind the scenes

In the musical sequences, the singing voice of Glinka, played by Boris Chirkov, is dubbed by Sergei Lemeshev. However, a version also exists in which Chirkov himself provides the vocals for these musical episodes.
