The Most Precious of Cargoes

Set in Poland during World War II, this animated drama follows a poor woodcutter and his wife living in a forest. The woman discovers a baby girl in the snow, who had been thrown from a train headed toward the Auschwitz concentration camp. Despite their poverty and the husband's initial reluctance, the couple decides to care for the child.
