Wimal Kumara de Costa (4 July 1948 – 20 November 2016) was a highly celebrated veteran actor in Sri Lankan cinema, theater, and television. Spanning a career of nearly five decades, he appeared in over 100 films and is widely regarded as a pioneer of the Sri Lankan mime industry.
