Zeina is an Egyptian actress born as Wissam Reda Ismail El Degwi. She began her artistic career as a model in a number of video clips, through which the director Daoud Abdel Sayed chose her to play the role of 'Hanaa' in the movie Land of Fear opposite the star Ahmed Zaki in 1999.
