Born in Aracaju, Sergipe, Gabriel Santana is graduating in Cinema and Audiovisual from the Federal University of Sergipe and already plays an active role in the production of content in the area of communication, with a focus on cinematographic art. In his childhood and adolescence he lived in the rural town of Colônia Leopoldina, Alagoas, but, always hardworking, he was very committed to learning and studying on his own, developing a great taste for the academic field from an early age. His creations, articles and reviews can be found online on his website Diário dos Filmes, which has also expanded to a YouTube channel and a Podcast of the same name.

He wrote and directed the short films “ST4LK3R” and “O Homem Não Passa de Um Sopro,” in addition to directing the short film “Serena,” submitted to the Festival Permanente do Minuto, and writing the screenplay for the short film “Beberete,” a work produced in an interdisciplinary project at the Federal University of Sergipe.
