Gavin Winchester was born on December 17th, 2003, in Southbridge, Massachusetts. Gavin became filmmaking at an early age within his childhood. While being the middle child in his family Gavin started to find his way through life with the ones closest around him, one of which being the oldest child, his brother, Tristan Winchester, co-owner of their film production company, 2100films.

Gavin began with a Youtube Channel called "GavDogFlix" where he would post his independent short films in 2014. From working in front of the camera as an actor, from being behind the camera filming, and also being a helpful ghost in the editing process along side his brother in post-production are all things Winchester has gotten to get familiar with as an independent filmmaker.

Winchester is known not only for his original storytelling skills, but for his role in playing the main character in his first feature film, Apocalypse Unknown. In 2021, Gavin began the creation of the first feature along side his brother and then on have continued to create horror short films. Hungry in his craft, Winchester is liable for his first award for "Unhinged" a short psychological horror film, from Hollywood Blood Horror Festival in Los Angeles, California.

Working with his own production company, (2100films) in the film industry alongside his brother, the Winchester's are evolving into the next sensation when it comes to the idea of "horror". The last name will ring throughout the film industry from this century to the next.
