Scott made their directorial debut with The Night Shift, a short film centered around a late-night convenience store clerk. The film was noted for its minimalistic approach, strong visual atmosphere, and character-driven storytelling. Completed with a small crew on a modest budget, The Night Shift established Scott’s style and commitment to independent filmmaking.
