Victor graduated in Hong Kong Baptist University Higher Diploma in Creative Cinematography and Lighting and finished his degree in City University of Hong Kong - School of Creative Media major of BAS New Media

Victor can speak English, fluent Cantonese, and Mandarin. He always works in camera and lighting crew as cinematography, mainly service film, music video & commercial , etc. He is also a founder of a local Hong Kong camera rental shop starting from 2016 . In 2023 he relocated his base and business to London. Now he is based in UK and work worldwide.

During 2015 Victor started as a freelancer and cooperated with Comeroll Media Ltd which is a well known media company providing professional filming services in Hong Kong. He also works as a project producer which manages the entire production period. Victor became a senior DP and Gaffer after a few years working in high-end production.
