Greta Amati is a visual storyteller who combines photography, filmmaking, and graphic design to explore reality and its social and cultural impact through fictional and documentary audiovisual works.

With a background in Communication and Cultural Studies from the Trilingual University of Bolzano and a master’s degree in DAMS from Bologna, Greta curates audiovisual projects focused on cultural and inclusion-related themes.

Among her most notable works are: the documentary *Heimat entsteht*, which focuses on Belsy’s life story and explores the deep connection between music and cultural integration within the Ladin community of Val Gardena; the multimedia project *TRANSition*, which explores gender identity through photography and writing.

Her artistic goal is to shed light on positive, empathetic, and inspiring stories, countering the prevailing narrative of chaos and hatred in today’s world.
