What's left behind the scenes
- The execution scene took 7 days to film.
- Filming for the series began at 7 a.m. and ended at 5 p.m.
- The broadcast of the series was banned in Cuba.
- When filming the first scene of the series, it was necessary to create a medieval town set. To do this, the cobblestone pavement was covered with plastic and topped with a thick layer of soil across an area of 7,500 square meters. Additionally, 300 extras were dressed in medieval clothing.
