What's left behind the scenes
- Initially, Song Joong-ki was the eighth member of the show, but he left after the 41st episode in 2011 due to commitments to other projects.
- In December 2016, the South Korean television and radio network SBS announced that the show 'Running Man' would be canceled in February 2017. A month before the deadline, the vice president of SBS issued a statement saying that the decision to cancel the show had been overturned due to its popularity both in South Korea and abroad.
