What's left behind the scenes
- The mini-series is set in 1906.
- Director Nick Willing mentions in the version shown on the Syfy channel that in some moments, lens flare was used intentionally to convince the audience that the action was taking place against a real landscape filmed on location, rather than being computer-generated.
