What's left behind the scenes
- David Blue is a devoted fan of the franchise who had seen every episode of Stargate SG-1 (1997-2007) and Stargate Atlantis (2004-2009). At the annual international Comic-Con in San Diego in 2009, producer Brad Wright joked that while Blue was hired as an actor, it turned out he was also useful as a technical advisor given his knowledge of the franchise's previous series.
