- Initially, Lucy Griffiths was meant to play the female lead, Liv Aberdeen, the daughter of an old friend of Konstantin's, who discovers she has the ability to see the supernatural world among humans. However, Griffiths left the project after Goyer and Ceron decided to take the series in a different creative direction.
