MK Ultra

Set in the early 1960s, this thriller follows Ford Strauss, a skilled psychiatrist who is hired by the CIA to lead a branch of the MK Ultra program. Working within a rural mental hospital in Mississippi, Strauss uses psychotropic drugs and narcotics to explore the possibility of controlling the human mind. As the experiments progress, the psychiatrist finds his scientific and ethical boundaries severely tested by the nature of the secret project.

The film was written and directed by Joseph Sorrentino and produced by LB Entertainment. The cast features Anson Mount in the lead role as Ford Strauss, alongside Jason Patric, Jen Richards, Jaime Ray Newman, Alon Abutbul, and Josh Whites.
