Set in a Central Javanese village in 2002, this horror film follows two schoolboys named Adi and Saman who are frequently punished by their strict teacher, Miss Woro. While ignoring warnings to stay indoors during the twilight hour of Maghrib, the boys express a wish for their teacher's death. This act coincides with the evening prayer and leads to the teacher's death by a supernatural entity. Following the funeral, Saman and Adi are tormented by a malevolent force, while a character named Ayu understands the connection between their suffering and the sin they committed during the forbidden time.
The film was directed by Sidharta Tata, who also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Agasyah Karim and Khalid Kashogi. This production marks the first film in a series of works by Tata, preceding projects such as Ali Topan and the sequel to this movie. The cast features Ali Fikry, Nafiza Fatia Rani, Bima Sena, and Aulia Sarah, with a total of 36 credited performers. Produced by Rapi Films and Sky Media, the movie has received a moderate reception from viewers. It holds a rating of 5.8/10 on IMDb based on 1,500 votes and a 6/10 on TMDB from 24 votes.
