The Successor

Ellias Barnès is a thirty-year-old fashion designer who has just achieved his dream of becoming the artistic director at a prominent Parisian haute couture house. As he begins his new role, he starts experiencing chest pains. This health concern coincides with the news that his estranged father has died of a heart attack in Montreal. Ellias travels to Quebec to handle the estate and organize the funeral, only to realize that he has inherited burdens and secrets far more damaging than his father's weak heart.
