City Limits

Set in a future where a plague has killed most adults, the story follows rival motorcycle gangs formed by the surviving children. A young man named Lee leaves his farm to seek adventure and becomes involved in the conflict between these groups. He eventually helps the opposing factions unite to fight against a controlling corporation and its leader, Robby Benson, who seeks total power.
