The Dogs

A teenage boy named Cameron and his mother move to an isolated farmhouse to escape his violent father. Once settled in the remote location, Cameron begins to experience supernatural occurrences and suspects the property is haunted by the spirits of former residents. He discovers a dark history involving a family tragedy and a man killed by his own dogs. As he investigates these secrets, he must face both aggressive animals and malevolent entities while questioning the truth about his own family.

This Canadian horror mystery was directed by Valerie Buhagiar, following her 2022 film Carmen. The screenplay was written by Sheila Rogerson and Anthony Artibello, who also served as the producer. The movie stars Donovan Colan in the lead role of Cameron Weaver, with a supporting cast that includes Stuart Hughes, Dylan Taylor, Aidan Kalechstein, Patrice Goodman, and Morgan Bedard.
