A massive earthquake devastates Washington D.C., destroying infrastructure and trapping the president beneath the rubble of the White House. As the Army Corps works urgently to rescue the leader before further aftershocks occur, a political opponent takes temporary power. This opportunistic leader uses his new position to coordinate a mercenary group and fuel an insurrection, attempting to exploit the chaos of the natural disaster for his own gain.

Written and directed by Geoff Meed, the film followed his 2022 project, 4 Horsemen: Apocalypse. The production was a collaboration between The Asylum, Emerald City Films, and Tubi TV. The cast features Jack Pearson as Lance Cushing, Sean Young as President Powell, and Eric Roberts as Speaker Terry Wilder, with Geoff Meed also appearing on screen as Beck.

The movie received a mixed to negative reception from viewers. It holds a low rating of 2.8/10 on IMDb based on 420 votes, while it has a higher score of 5.4/10 on TMDB from 76 votes.
