As Mai prepares for her high school graduation, Sakuta encounters a young primary school student who looks exactly like her. This mysterious meeting happens alongside a family crisis when Sakuta and Kaede's father informs them that their mother, who was previously hospitalized due to the stress of Kaede's condition, wishes to see her daughter. The story explores the consequences of these reunions and the emergence of a new puberty syndrome.
