Solo Leveling -ReAwakening- is a theatrical release built around the anime series of the same name. More than ten years after portals known as gates opened between our world and another dimension, some people awakened with supernatural abilities and became hunters, earning a living by clearing the dungeons found inside those gates. Sung Jinwoo, a hunter of the lowest rank, is regarded as the weakest of all humanity. After he is gravely wounded in a double dungeon — a high-level dungeon hidden within a low-level one — a mysterious quest window appears before him, and accepting it sets him on a path only he can follow. The film pairs a recap of the first season with an advance look at the opening episodes of the second.

The film is directed by Shunsuke Nakashige and produced in Japan by Aniplex and A-1 Pictures, with a runtime of 116 minutes. Its voice cast includes Taito Ban, Genta Nakamura, Haruna Mikawa, Reina Ueda, Daisuke Hirakawa and Hiroki Touchi, appearing through archive footage from the series. Released in late November 2024, it took in about 6 million USD worldwide, a modest figure consistent with a limited theatrical event rather than a wide-release feature.

Audience response has been positive and notably split by platform: on IMDb it holds 8.7/10 from roughly 17,000 votes, while on TMDB it sits at 7.2/10 from around 285 votes. The large gap in vote counts suggests the title reached a dedicated fan base more than a general audience.
