Relay

An anonymous intermediary specializes in negotiating financial settlements between corrupt corporations and the whistleblowers who threaten them. Operating through a sophisticated communication system to hide his identity, the man follows a strict set of professional rules to remain invisible. His routine is disrupted when he takes on a client who possesses dangerous information about her former employer and fears for her life. As he attempts to secure her safety, the situation evolves into a conspiracy involving betrayals and pursuits.

Directed by David Mackenzie, the film follows his previous work on Outlaw King and precedes his 2025 project Fuze. Mackenzie also co-wrote the screenplay with Justin Piasecki. The movie stars Riz Ahmed, Lily James, and Sam Worthington, with supporting roles played by Willa Fitzgerald, Eisa Davis, and Matthew Maher. Produced by Thunder Road, Black Bear Pictures, and Sigma Films, this action thriller was a joint production between the United Kingdom and the United States.
