Inspector Rizzo is a narcotics officer in Naples who faces accusations of drug trafficking. To clear his reputation, he must identify a mafia informant who has infiltrated his police department. His investigation takes him from Italy to Asia, specifically through locations such as Hong Kong and Bangkok, as he attempts to dismantle an international heroin smuggling ring. While pursuing the syndicate and its operatives, Rizzo must deal with internal friction with his superiors and confront skilled gangsters.
